The sales assistance Mr. Andrew Smith gave us all the information we asked for then left us to browse around at our leisure and did not pressurise us into buying anything. He was very pleasant and helpful in every way. Nothing appeared to be a trouble to him. He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend any of my friends to try dreams before anywhere else.

Andy was prompt and knowledgeable. We only asked where the single beds were and he talked us diligently through the variations and process.

From the moment I entered the store the staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt that I received good, knowledgeable advice and made to feel at ease.

The store was clean, easy to navigate and the prices were competitive. The opening hours were also appealing as my partner and I work late but we were still able to visit the store.

We found the item very quickly, was advised of all the options available by the very experienced member of staff who was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end.

He gave me some very good advice on my choice of what was a very expensive purchase for me and dealt with me speedily and to my complete satisfaction

Noel was really helpful, not pushy or trying to talk me into something not suitable, excellent product also, felt the 60 day trial made trying out the tempur a possibility as well, I wouldn't have tried it otherwise.
