Dreams - Solihull

We were made to feel welcome upon arrival. The young assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. We were shown a range of products to choose from (could not afford all of them) so made an informed choice. A cup of coffee was an added bonus.

We were impressed with Karhryn's understanding of the mattresses. She listened to our specific requirements and made excellent suggestions. She let us use pillows that we were used to and left us alone to try out the various beds. She even arranged to move our preferred mattress from a divan to the wooden base we use at home. At no time were we pressured. She deserves promotion! The choice of mattresses was excellent.

Andy was very knowledgeable and was happy to show us the wide variety of beds and accessories available.

As soon as we arrived at Dreams, we were offered a warm drink by a member of staff. Then we were given time to experience beds before Ewan, a friendly member of the team came over to us and explained the various properties of the different mattresses, which was very useful in helping us make our final decision, which was the Tempur 22 mattress. We also bought the cloud pillows and mattress protector. The really good thing about this product is the 60 day trial period and money back if not suitable for our need.

Due to Kathryn who assisted us. She was very knowledgable and friendly and after we had visited a couple of other bed stores she was the primary reason we returned to Dream.

Firstly I wasn't immediately jumped on by the sales person and I was able to browse for a while after he let us know he was on hand if we needed any assistance. He was then very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the bed we were looking at and about my specific needs. He was not pushy at all and made me feel comfortable about my decision to purchase. I was offered insurance protection which was fuuly explained and the transaction was quick and simple. Finally I was given a delivery date and information on how I would be contacted on the day and the arrangement for the bed to be taken into the bedroom. All in all this was excellent customer service.

We found Kathryn to be both helpful and well informed, but at all times happy for us to take out time to make our own choises.

Plenty of choice available. Staff helpful, without out trying to 'sell'

From start to finish we were treated with courtesy, kindness and respect.
