It was quick service- the sales person was not hard sell ( as we had previously experienced in another non-dreams store). She listened to us and got us to try out different products we had not heard of.

Your members of staff were all extremely helpful and professional. They weren't pushy like some retailers can be. We were given all the time we needed to decide what we needed. We visited more than once and were comfortable to do so knowing we weren't being pressured into a sale. Noel in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgable and gave us full confidence in the products we were purchasing. We will definitely be returning to Dreams Solihull for our future needs

Andy was helpful and not a pushy salesman that I expected. I visited the store several times and he never seemed annoyed that I hadnt made a decision and was happy each time I went in to discuss my needs again. He gave advice on a wide range of products and the prices and the best value for money and never tried to push me outside my budget unless I was asking. All in all great service.

The assistant Kathryn was extremely knowlegable and pleasant as well as very patient with me

very helpful member of staff - took a lot of time with both my friend who went into buy a bed and with me who did not intend to buy on this occasion but was going to in November and he expediated the order and set delivery in November!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they had good product knowledge and were helpful to our needs.

We found our visit very enjoyable, having come into the store to buy a mattress and leaving having bought the top of range Tempur massage bed,we were looked after very well indeed and given cups of tea and no pressure to make a decision,but was there to answer any questions we might have.
