Jo your assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were interested in.

The assistant was very helpfull and also very efficient making it a plesant experiance

noel was excellent. He provided excellent advice and very patiently took me through the bed options, then mattress and pillows. Extremely professional and competent. Made the tough process of choosing a bed and mattress much easier than I anticipated.

Jo, the sales assistant, was very attentive to our needs. She clearly explained the attributes of the various mattress we were considering, and helped us with making our final decision without any undue pressure on our final choice. She was very pleasant and friendly, without being overbearing. The only problem we encountered was with the noise from the heating/air conditioning unit when it came on. Had be been closer to the unit, I am sure that we would have had difficulty hearing what Jo was telling us. However, this would not stop us from shopping there again.

Member of staff was very helpful and knowledgable. The colour system was very easy to understand. Like the way the shop was laid out.

The assistant manager, Kathryn, was knowledgable and could not have been more helpful. We were very impressed. (I cannot comment on quality of the bed because obviously we do not yet have it.)

Andy from store B315, came over introduced himself explained the pricing structure and different types of mattresses then left gave us time alone to make up our own mind without salesman pressure, we were then able to go back to him with questions to which he offered advice which assisted us to make our final choice.
