Ewan was extremely helpful and explained the various products to us with clarity.

Sales man explained the products clearly and received a super deal.

Staff gave us all the information we needed along with time to sample the beds, while remaining available to answer further questions and then to sort our order.

Ewan understood our needs and spent time discussing, and allowed us time on our own to discuss what we wanted to do. We didnt like that after speaking with him at length someone else came and sat down and tried to engage and speak further with us. Ewan was able to explain the products available well, and the offers available. The layout of the store and colour coding was good!

Andy the sales person was friendly approachable & didn't rush us, he was highly informative and easy to talk to... Listened to our needs & didn't push us to things that we didn't want or need.. Well done Andy keep up the good work

All round great service

The experience was mainly enjoyable due to the wonderful service we received from Jo. I dislike pushy sales people and my previous experience at a bed store was exactly that, but Jo was very different. She allowed us to browse the store without any pressure until we were ready for help, and then she was friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself was clean, bright and easy to understand.

I wasn't sure of what I wanted, I did have a price I wanted to stick to but I was flexible. My needs were also quite specific needing a firm orthopaedic mattress. There were so many to choose from and I was grateful for Jo's help. She demonstrated good knowledge and explained the colour coding around the store to signify the types of mattress and this was very useful. I am having a new hip shortly and my old bed is nearly 30 years old. I am really looking forward to using my new bed. It will certainly help with my rehabilitation. Thank you Dreams. All I need next is a king sized version cuz I live to spread out. !! What a great experience.
