The service was excellent and the product knowledge was excellent. Every thing was explained to us and I would recommend dreams to freeing and family.

The reason I was highly satisfied is that your representative Jo dealt with my order efficiently. Jo explained the product well and answered any questions I asked. I was also impressed with the product but of course this cannot be confirmed until beds are delivered. At the moment my wife has health issues which require daily hospital visits so knowing the delivery date plus Dreams delivery team will assemble both beds sealed the deal.

we visited the Solihull Retail Park Store as soon as we entered shop we were greeted by Jo who was friendly and polite, she was very helpful and gave us all the help we needed in choosing a mattress to meet our needs, she also gave us the opportunity to try many different mattresses without any pressure from her to buy until we were sure of the mattress we felt comfortable with, which is why i would recommend to my friends and family.

Great value!! More importantly the customer service adviser Andy he was friendly polite and just gave outstanding customer service no question asked was too much trouble he just gave good old fashioned honest truthful answers. Hey matched all our needs to the products he had gave great advice he made the whole experience just perfect . He was not a typical salesman and pushy to be honest I was not even looking to purchase a bed today just looking but he was that friendly gave so much perfect advice I just had to buy one today he was truly amazing and would love for you to pass on our thanks Vicki and Paul

The reason I am highly satisfied is mainly due to the assistance of Kat the advisor. She was superb in everyway. She had great knowledge of your products and spent the quality of time with us to ensure we made an informed decision. I am pregnant and she really took that into account in helping me decide which bed best suited my needs. Kat made my decision stress free and it was an absolute pleasure buying from her. I work in retail myself and would like to add that Kat is an absolute asset to Dreams!

The knowledge and friendliness of the member of staff was excellent

The assistant was not too pushy. This was important as we wanted to be given time to browse without being hassled. There was quite a wide product range on display. The ordering process was quick. I had a lot of choice when it came to delivery dates which was very helpful. The computer system for registering our order was quick and efficient.Overall the whole experience was as pleasant as possible for someone that doesn't like shopping.

Had been looking for a particular bed as my daughter bought hers from dreams sheldon branch and I decidedI wanted the same. Walked in on the off chance and there it was, right by the door. Joanne was very helpful and knowledgeable as we didn't quite understand the pricing structure.

Kathryn, the sales assistant listened to our individual needs and showed us options that would suit those needs. We were encouraged to lie on the beds, she even asked us what pillows we normally use and provided us with those too.At no point were we made to feel obliged to make a purchase.
