Dreams - Solihull

I was approached by an assistant, (Ewan), who showed me where the products I was interested in were and explained the differences in the options. Then I was allowed to chose which item I wanted to buy without being pressurised. The sale was handled in a friendly and efficient manner.

I had visited the shop a few days before and had everything explained and been offered coffee. When I went back they were very busy but made it clear they would help and they did. They never contradicted anything that the first man had said and when we explained our needs they arrived at the same conclusion (and mattress!).

Very friendly assistant he had excellent product knowledge about the range I was interested in. Offered refreshments.

We were greeted by Jo who stated she was with another customer but would ask a colleague to assist us, once she was free, she returned to us to provide assistance. We were able to use the Tempur Experience and were offered refreshments. We were told about the mattress protector and this was demonstrated to us. We were very satisfied with her knowledge and she led us to different brands and styles to suit our needs. The mattress was then price matched and sweets were offered during the purchase. The service was friendly and patient and we were supported to find the best offer and the finance was clearly explained.

The salesman was not pushy at all, he understood the product and when we were asking questions that he was unsure of he was happy to go and find answers for us. He was engaging and understanding but again, not pushy.

Noel was a very good assistant. He listened to what we wanted and gave us guidance, he left us to have thinking /discussing time but always checked back if we had any further questions. He provided us with memory foam pillows as we had just purchased some so that we would have the full experience lying on the beds. He was very personable and friendly, and no way made us feel pressured.

The bed I was looking for was easy to find and I was told exactly which each mattress was made of by Andy the salesman, so was able to make a decision as to which one suited me most. I was given a validation code: B315 by Andy but I hadn't got around to filling in a survey before you sent this to me.

The shop assistant was really helpful without putting pressure on me. I felt I was given plenty of time to choose what I wanted and the help and advice given was very good.

On entering Dreams at Solihull the store was bright and friendly. It was clean and the help we got from the assistance Noel was very helpful. We weren't pushing into buying anything with out going and checking the sizes of the bed to fit our bedroom and being able to come back later in the day. We didn't feel pressurised in anyway.
