Akitas, Our assistant was very helpful. He quickly ascertained our needs, took us to the products that were suitable, and even arranged for one of his colleagues to find sheets that I requested to be at the checkout for me to see! I was very impressed!

This was a good store obviously managed well. We were lucky enough to bump into the Manager just as we walked in and he dealt with us all the time we were there. Great place ,well laid out. Cant praise it enough.

The service we received from Kathryne was fantastic. She clearly knew her subject knowledge extremely well and was able to answer all of our questions as well as offer proactive help. Whilst she clearly wanted to make a sale she never once made my wife or feel pressurised into purchasing, so much so we did not intend to purchase there and then but intended to visit other stores but we did. We were even offered a cup of tea by her colleague! Looking forward to out new mattress and will definitely shop at this store again.

The assistant was very helpful without being pushy. The store was clean & prices of beds all easy to see.

All in all a very pleasant elxperiance, Jo the advisor couldnt do enough for us, she even offered refreshments.

I was really pleased with sales person who was extremely helpful but disappointed in the delivery having to wait until 3 September for delivery. This would put me off I was prepared to drive to wednesbirynto collect but not so. It's not like I was buying a bed just two headboards.

No pressure salesman. Knowledge, helpful

The sales assistant no was fantastic knowledgeable and very helpful. We went to another store shopping around and found the experience with their sales staff terrible , so came straight back and placed an order with Jo (even tho it was a little more expensive ) Jo was not pushey she answered all our questions and those she did not immediately know the answer she found out straight away. Very happy customer ,,,, can't wait for our furniture now.

I arrived at the store with a vague idea of what we wanted for my daughter. Cassie offered friendly advice and showed me a bed that was exactly what we were looking for. She politely left us to think about it and told us she was here if we needed her again. We came back to her twenty minutes later to order the bed and we sat down and the paperwork was done in no time. We were offered various days for delivery which weren't too far in advance. Overall Cassie was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. An asset to any employer.

Even though Dreams wasn't the cheapest option, the overall service and knowledge and the service I decided that you are the better option
