Assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy. She gave us time on our own but was there when we had a question. Lovely girl.

The staff were very friendly and had a good knowledge of the products. They were willing to spend a long time with us as we selected from the wide range available.

We intended to look at the beds and then come back another day if we were happy after looking at other stores. However, due to the informative attention of the assistant, price guarantee and comfort exchange guarantee we felt confident enough that we had found the right bed for us to purchase on our first visit to the store. Our questions were answered well by the assistant who definitely knew what he was talking about and was not pushy at all. Much better experience than other bed shops visited.

Clear information on products. Not rushed . Took time for us to try beds and mattress. Friendly helpful staff. Efficient, professional. Some discounts applied.

As the delivery team arrived I accidentally locked myself out of my flat without my keys or phone . The delivery team were more than willing to return back to my property after I had obtained some spare keys. The delivery team did offer to drive me to where I needed to go to obtain the spare keys but I did not take them up on this. The delivery team returned back within a couple of hours after completing other deliveries and my bed was delivered.

Welcomed into the Store with a friendly "good morning." Given time to browse before we were asked if we would like any assistance. Given basic information about the different types of bed before trying out the Tempur pod. Given plenty of help and didn't feel rushed or pressurised into buying any particular product.

Very friendly staff, made time to answer any questions I had about my purchase.
