As soon as we walked in Andrew Smith approached us and helped us straight away, he knew exactly what we wanted and showed us and was really efficient and we were able to place the order quickly.

The assistant we met was a young lad called aktar he was very informative and polite and was able to help me and my wife choose a mattress which was right for both of us even though our needs differed and we even bought new pillows too

Overall we were really pleased with the explanation of the types of mattresses available and the facility to try them all out, the service we received from your sales assistant and the choice of mattresses in store was excellent. The only disappointment was after deciding to purchase two Tempur firm pillows (as well as a Tempur mattress) they did not have any in stock. Now we have to make another trip to the store to collect them as we were told that they could not be delivered with the mattress.
