The team at dreams were very professional and helpful. The gentleman that served us was great and was very helpful with our needs in finding a bed and mattress that suited us.

Andrew was extremely helpful, approachable and had excellent product knowledge. He listened carefully to my requirements and gave me sound advice. There was also a great range of beds and mattresses to see in the store.

The colleague who came to us shortly after entering the store asked if we understood the colour coding on the beds we didn't and he was very helpful in walking us round and explaining what the various colours represented, he then left us to look round an try out various beds. after about 5/10 minutes we asked him if he could help with sorting outthe combination of bases and matersses

Customer service was very high and the assistant spent extra time to make sure we understood the different beds available and matched our needs very well

We compared the beds in several stores in the local area and found that Dreams had good quality beds at prices we could afford and were comfortable paying. The staff were very approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help. While discussing the prices with one member of staff a second employee came over and gave extra information and reassurance. There was no pressure or heavy sales technique, just friendly information and advice. We left feeling satisfied that we had made the right decision for us.

The sales person (a young girl ) was very helpful, and helped us to decide which mattress to buy. Thank you.

Upon entering the store we we approached right away by an assistant and after telling her our needs were shown as election of articles without delay.

Cassie was delightful and was able to answer all my queries and gave me excellent advice.
