Friendly sales team but I didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase but the help was on hand giving us the assurance that we felt we needed.

Excellent knowledge of products and availability

I had already purchased a product from Dreams some months ago; the assistant remembered my husband and me and was again very knowledgable and helpful.

Assistant was very polite and friendly as soon as we walked through the doors, answered all our questions very professionally and very helpful.

Was not sure what I wanted , and was advised properly with the product knowledge for making a quick decision on a bed base which I purchased he next morning. Waiting upon delivery which was simple to choose date of delivery with email of confirmation too.

Jo was very helpful & talked us through our options the only thing I was dissatisfied with was the delivery charge which I think is way over the top

The lady was very helpful and friendly and it felt like a very personal service for us. She offered a 5% discount without any hassle when I explained I could get that discount online and the whole process was slick and very quick. A purchase we weren't too confident about was made reassuring by the professionalism of the sales lady.

The Guy explaining things to us was very informative and helped us through the daunting process of deciding which bed to choose. His name is Andy.
