Ok we had searched around 5 shops in 2 days travelling from Coventry to Shirley. While there is a Dreams in Coventry the car parking is not great when exiting as the traffic is horrendous. Andy was the only person to approach us, not to ask if we needed help, but if there was anything specific we were looking for. This led us into telling him of our back issues, rather than knowing what we wanted to look at. So Andy showed us around and gave us a better understanding of the best mattress, so we bought a base too.

Friendly staff who were knowledgeable and helpful

Noel was extremely helpful from the time we walked through the door, giving all the help we needed and allowing us to try out the mattresses to find one that would be suitable for our needs. Delivery was quicker than I expected and I was kept informed by text throughout. The delivery guys (Matt and Dan) were extremely quick, courteous and efficient. They took the old mattress out and placed the new one in position.

The Assistants were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was allowed time to look around on my own without being pushed or harassed. When I was ready to make my purchase it was quick, efficient and a pleasant experience.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction so that when we made our purchase with his assistance it was exactly what we wanted. We were offered a drink whilst the paperwork was completed and the whole experience was hassle-free and relaxed (as it should be when purchasing an item like a bed and mattress, but often isn't). We came away very impressed with the quality and price of the product and the attentiveness of the staff and will definitely shop there again. We have already sung Dreams praises to a number of friends. Great experience.
