The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the different types of bed springs and firmness ratings for the mattresses. She was very patient while we made our decision about which mattress and divan to choose, offering helpful advice without being intrusive or pushy. She explained the options for delivery and removal of the old bed very clearly and the prices for these services. It was very clear. She processed the order efficiently and her colleague offered us drinks while this was going on. The service was friendly.

The salesman Andrew did not push us but was on hand to give us all the info we needed. He also made us a coffee and let us test as many beds as we wanted. Very friendly

As soon as I walked into the store I was approached by a staff member to ask if I needed any assistance. The staff member was really helpful but allowed me to look round on my own. As soon as I had decided I was interested in making a purchase, the staff were extremely helpful and placing the order itself was trouble free and extremely quick. All in all, visiting the store was an excellent experience.

When we arrived it was very hot out and the salesman approached us and offered us a drink, making us feel very welcome. He let us know he was on hand to help if we needed him and didn't pressure us at all. We picked out the bed we wanted on the advice of friends and due to the very good price available. The sale itself didn't take long and we left feeling pleased that we had made the right decision and that we were purchasing from a name we could trust.

We were highly satisfied because the whole experience of shopping at dreams was easy. The variety of the beds and mattresses was far superior to anywhere else we had visited and the staff were efficient and polite

The dreams employee who assisted us Kathryn Griffiths was extremely knowledgable and helpful and didn't pressure us into making a purchase we were able to look around at our own pace with a cu of tea and try out the mattresses for as long as we needed. We then left the shop to look at other shops and came back because the service and products were so good.
