We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store and a young, very pleasant and friendly girl asked if we needed help. We wanted a wooden single bed plus mattress or a small double of the same criteria. She asked us a few questions, like what was important to us etc and we found a bed that was ideal, which she showed us on her monitor wall screen. She told us about the great offers going on but because it . was the first store we advised her that we wanted to shop around. She didn't have a problem with that at advised if we had anything else we wanted to know just to come back and ask her. We then went in to another store where we weren't acknowledged, said feel free to look around and left us to it, but it was also quite pricey., so we returned to Dreams store (Solihull trading estate) and Cassie, the girl that helped us originally came over to us again, she definitely got to the bottom of what we wanted which was really price as the bed was for my son and being a teenager he only wants somewhere to lay his head, and Cassie suggested a divan, worked out a brilliant price, and due to all this and the service she gave we purchased it straight away

Kathryn in the Solihull retail park made the whole experience of buying our bed easy with her professional approach and kindness .

The staff were friendly and tried to help with the issue surrounding the availability of our desired delivery date (though, unfortunately they didn't ring to confirm about the delivery -as we thought they would- meaning I had to call the store myself.

Kathryn was extremely helpful she gave us time to have a think and she found a package that suited our price range and needs

They price matched our purchase with a similar bed from another store meaning we got excellent value for money, the staff were also very friendly.

Assistant Jo was very helpful
