Very satisfied with the assistance i got today in terms of the value and the beat deal that was suited to me.

The shop was quiet and the assistant attentive to our needs she understood my husbands disabilities and which bed would be suitable for him.

I suffer with OCD and was very reluctant to try the beds out. So the lovely young man who served us when i told him i was a bit funny about germs got a clean sheet and put it on a bed for me so that i could try the bed out. Excellent service.

Great friendly staff overall a quick and easy purchase

During our visit to Dreams we were served by Cassie and Kat. Initially upon entering the store we were approached by Cassie, she enquired whether we were shopping for a mattress or bed frame or both, to which we told her both. We can't thank Cassie enough for helping us choose the right mattress, I think we tested nearly every mattress in the store! Cassie's product knowledge was very substantial, she provided us with the ins and outs of every mattress and continually focused on what we preferred. After shopping around at other stores on the same day we returned to the Dreams store where we decided on the mattress and bed frame we wanted. Kat (I believe to be the assistant manager) was very helpful and processed our order promptly, applying the price match for the same mattress we had seen else where. Kat also explained the benefits of paying the extra to have our old bed taken away upon delivery of the new one, she also sold us the 10 year guarantee which gives us extra peace of mind. We were very happy with our visit to the store! Thank you!

CHRIS THE DREAMS ASSISTANT ALLOWED ME TO TELL HIM WHAT I LIKED, LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING DECIDING. CHRIS CAME UP WITH IDEAS WHEN CHALLENGED WHEN I DIDN'T LIKE SOMETHING AND ALLOWED ME TIME TO DISCUSS WITH MY PARTNER TO MAKE A DECISION. VERY FRIENDLY.

STORE IS VERY CLEAN ,TIDY, WELL PRESENTED,STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND DEMONSTRATED THE PRODUCTS AND THEMSELVES IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND AT EASE WHILE WE SHOPPED, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

The entire Sales team - Aktar, Joanna were extremely patient and great to deal with. They were happy to show around , multiple times ..making sure we were making the best choice for ourselves , never being pushy during the entire process.

From the minute my wife and I entered the store we were acknowledged offered a hot drink and left to browse without being hassled, hindered or chased. The atmosphere in store was exceptional and we felt that someone was always close to hand should we need assistance. Nothing was too much trouble and despite us changing selection a few times the sales consultant didn't show any signs of frustration. I would absolutely recommend this branch and will return when we do our sons bedroom later in the summer.
