The assistant Ewan was very helpful but also wasn't too pushy and left me to make my own decisions. I was looking for a pillow and I finally made a purchase without feeling pressured to do so.

I looked around for a few minutes on my own, then approached by a member of staff, who showed me what I was looking for and how to open and close an Ottoman king size bed. I was invited to try the mattresses and then took the Tempur Challenge which helped me decide what to go for
