I have already completed this survey but as I said previously I didn't feel under pressure which is important to me. Took the tempur challenge, staff offered excellent service.

Ewan who served us didn't have all the answers but was quick to check with colleagues, friendly and professional

The services and the help i got to find a Tempur matteress and pillow for my disable daughter was very good

Cassie acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store but allowed us a couple of minutes browsing before approaching us with an offer to help. Her product knowledge was impressive for such a young salesperson and her approach was warm and friendly. She immediately showed us the product we requested and processed our order efficiently and quickly.

Fantastic assistance from the dreams colleague. She listened to me and my partners needs and requirements and did her best to find a product that 'met in the middle' to satisfy both of us.

ease of moving around the store, lift and the sale persons attention to our need's. All round very good,with a wide range of goods.
