The staff were friendly and polite. They were informative and went out of their way to explain the choices we had. they were not verly pushy and made shopping a pleasant experience.

The store we visited has only been open for 3 days and was busy when we arrived, but numerous staff approached us to offer help and advice whilst we were there. We visited again later on in the day when we had decided to purchase items and again the customer service we received was exceptional, particularly from a member of staff called TK. It is a friendly store that I would recommend to friends and family, thank you.

Jo was extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge. She was not pushy in the slightest and was very attentive; she went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Initially we were looking for a Silent Night Delamere mattress but Jo showed us excellent alternatives which had some fantastic prices. The whole process from start to finish was great and very speedy. I would recommend Dreams Solihull to anybody looking to buy a mattress or bed. Absolutely A****!

Within 5 minutes of entering the store a senier member of staff (Noel or Neil) politely introduced themselves and asked if we required any assistance. We had recently purchased our first home and so this was the first time we have had to buy a mattress and did need help. We were then introduced to Cassie who did a fantastic job working out what we were looking for, she explained the colour system really well and we found that helpful when trying to choose. Cassie was very informative without being overbaring. We were even made a hot drink whilst we were. There was a good range of prices for us to choose from and we felt no pressure to buy whilst we were there but the service was so good we felt confident we wouldnt get a better service elsewhere. we would not hesitate to come back again for any future requirements.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to be of assistance. In particular both Ewan and Kat were extremely professional and dealt with our order swiftly.

We were looking for a new bed. There was plenty of choice in our price range. The store was laid out very well and plenty of room to walk between the beds.
