Assistant David was very friendly and after listening to our requirements as to our needs he showed us the beds he felt would be most suitable and then left us to try them out at our leisure - we were most impressed and grateful that he did not harass us at any point but just offered his help as and when we asked. Other bed shops we have visited just seem to want to sell you the most expensive and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone who showed us such a good range and prices. We think the service you offer is exceptional and your Staff so well trained - WELL DONE DAVID Sandra & Nigel Wall

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiling welcoming faces. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and it certainly wasn't forced. It all at least appeared genuine and sincere, I even had a cup of tea whilst I was waiting for an available till. It was a truly wonderful shopping experience and to cap it all off, we had only really popped in to look for ideas and to see what was available. I ended up spending a lot of money on 2 beds without that sick feeling one usually gets when you're unsure if you've done the right thing or not. We cant wait for delivery now.

Opening day at the new store at Solihull. Everyone very friendly and not too overpowering. The help was there when needed. Jo our assistent was very helpful and knew everything there was to know and knew answers to all of our questions. We visited several stores that day with a view to only looking at a bed for our daughter, however Jo's attentiveness made us go back to the same store later that afternoon and wait ask for her to finalise our purchase. She managed setting up the finance well on a system new to her and also realised a mistake at the end which she dealt with brilliantly. Jo was an asset to the store and we found everyone friendly and helpful.

The assistant TK was extremely good-very polite,understood our requirements and allowed us plenty of time to try out our preferred beds with no sales pressure to buy.We were very impressed by his customer service and told him so!

Ewan and the store manager of the new Shirley store were both very helpful and made the experience better then I expected. Best customer service I have had in years. Ewan was very patient to understand my needs and also support me to make sure my bed could fit in my room size. I ended up walking away with a super king bed instead of a kingside! Bonus! 5 stars for me. Thanks Mrs Qureshi

Sofa bed that we were shown was broken

I could not be told when the bed that I ordered was going to be available - no estimate, nothing. I was slightly patronised on the phone and the sales technique of TELLING me that I am having assembly rather than asking me was not one that I favoured.
