We visited several times to choose a bed, and the only time we were approached was the third time we visited and came in specifically to order the bed. Natalie was helpful and approached us on this occasion, but all other times the store was busy and there was not always someone there to check we were ok.

I believe that been satisfied is adequate.

Prices were very high, but the sales assistant, Mark, was very helpful and understood what I wanted.

Whilst the assistance was very good, I would not say that I was highly satisified with everything. I was satisfied

Had to wait to place the order in store due to not enough computors availabe to place the order. Then the item ordered is out of stock at the moment we are having to wait until back in stock. Spent alot of money but no idea when we will receive product .

I would have liked the bed a day earlier so that it was ready for my guests

After Myself & My Partner Was Greeted & Shown To An Item We Was Looking To Purchase (Mattress) We Discussed With The Staff Member Why & What Type Of Mattress We Was Looking To Purchase & This Staff Member Showed Us To The “Top Of The Range” Mattress & Immediately Assumed We Couldn’t Afford/Pay For It There & Then So He Then Tried To Lead Us To A Very Cheap One. We Made A Comment Saying Clearly We Could Buy It Out-Right. It Was Only Because We Enquired About If Dreams Was Doing A 0% Interest Deal He Assumed & Then Decided To Show Us A Cheap Mattress. Don’t Get Me Wrong, This Certain Staff Member Was Very Friendly But He Judged Us as we were a young Couple.

Your one and only store assistant coped very well with handling 4 customers at the same time. That said if we had waited much longer for someone to help us e would have left and gone elsewhere

Felt a bit pressured to by the bed, maybe ask if we want some time to think about it

We were looking for a specialist bed and were happy to find that you supplied that type of bed. We did not need to spend hours searching for what we needed. We are very happy with the service we received.
