Experience was very good and service was excellent. Price of product was quite expensive and delivery time can take a while.

Validation code 315, dreams representative FAYE.. it was not on our visit to the area, to buy a new bed, but the idea was on our minds , for a future purchase, so we just popped in to see what was available , we had checked out competitors in the area we live, ie Bensons, argos, a local bedding company, Surprise , suprise , what we were offered fitted the bill, so an order was placed, It is always very difficult to be. Highly Satisfied 100% perfect, so 99%. Is a very high score, but Faye fitted the bill, perfectly,I didn’t want an. over sell

Overall I was highly satisfied especially the attention given by Sandra for helping us which mattresses were best value for us. Until you have tried the new mattress out I am reluctant to give full marks that’s all.

I was comparing the price of two mattresses with the assistant. Although I pointed out that there was only £20 difference, I was not reminded that the one I was about to purchase did not have the additional 20% discount, and therefore it was a surprise to me at the till once we had placed the order, it was £150 more than I expected, but we had already made a decision based on the lower price. I still made the purchase.
