The chap who served me was as good as gold-Mark. I had been into the same store the previous day however and was quoted inaccurate information by a young female assistant. This proved a little frustrating as the following day I went to the store in Leamington (before returning to Shirley)only to be told the info was inaccurate-I had been advised that purchases over £300 qualified for the 9 month but now pay later deal-it was actually £400 and over. Also it later became evident that I had not been advised that when payments are made to Creation there is a £3 'commission charge'!! On every payment. If you made 20 small separate payments therefore over the 9 month period you would be charged £60 for the privilege. I don't doubt for a minute Mark was not aware of this-in which case there is a major problem with communication to front line staff. I phoned up the following day to highlight this situation and Marks colleague was also unaware of this. It is exploiting people who can't afford to pay for items straightaway in one payment-and misleading by not mentioning it

Well informed assistant who showed us a range of mattresses to choose from. Cup of coffee offered while a decision was made. Speedy ordering process.

We spent a little over budget. However, we do feel that we got a good quality product for what we paid.

Everything was good and well looked after,the only thing I was not satisfied with was the price of the articles.

The customer service was fantastic and the bed was a reasonable price. My only issue is the pricing on the mattresses. I would of like to have bought the bed and the mattress from you but I have seen the same/similar mattresses elsewhere for better pricing. I appreciate your mattresses may be a better quality but I would like to think all high end brands such as silent night have good quality mattresses. No real major issue.

Whilst Noel was friendly and willing to help, he didn't have very much knowledge of the bed we were interested in and had to ask another staff member questions about it.

It was great. Feel as though pricing sales/v non sale was slightly misleading
