Item I was looking at wasn't there in the store for physical experience. Andy tried best he could and did suggest alternates from same supplier to get a feel of the quality though.

Andy was very helpful in explaining the options to me. I was looking for a bed for my spare bedroom so just wanted a basic bed and decent mattress, and I was in a hurry. He didn't try and up sell me to a more expensive base but suggested a better mattress than the standard one.

sale was pushed, wasn't given a lot of time to consider other beds/frames etc. No variety of colour in sealy bed bases

I have emailed head of customer service twice now and nobody got back to me. Selling cover that don't really cover anything. I've had to purchase a new mattress for £500 eceb though i bought one 3 yrs ago for £300 + paid for extra 10yrs guarantee. Very disappointing

I am still awaiting a delivery date even though i have been into the store twice since the date of purchase. I was told i would be contacted to confirm the date but havent heard nothing as of yet. It seems like i will have to do the chasing myself

It was not explained that the delivery charge would not apply on a weekend until after the transaction had gone through.
