The lady who served me was very pushy, even after I told her I wanted to just buy the bed base that day and go away and think about mattresses (the one I wanted wasn’t available until October and I’d seen one I liked in another shop which was in stock), the server kept showing me multiple other mattresses which didn’t interest me. I felt rushed and slightly harassed if I’m honest. I then went to buy the bed base and that was also out of stock with no idea when it would be available again. In the end I bought something else which I’m not as sure I’ll be happy with. Not a great experience really.

i had to wait around for quite awhile for a member of staff to help. And when i was asking about information on the product the staff member looked like they were not interested in serving me and quickly went off to deal with someone else. So i had to wait further for assistance

Have to find staff. Very disappointed with the having to wait over 3 months for the item then to rub it in you send questioner about the quality of the product when I still have 3 weeks to wait.

Even though Mark knew everything about the beds, We found him very rude at times, as he talked over us a lot, and didn't listen, we couldn't get a word in, which can be really annoying. Its not something that we mentioned to him as we needed to purchase a bed. Also, he wasn't good with the computer and had to ask his colleague Akhtar to do most of the online form filling which kept us waiting.

My only complaint was having to pay delivery,I asked the assistant if it would be free delivery ion line to which he replied NO.After getting home I found out this would have been FREE.Outrageous that you have to pay to have a bed delivered in store.!
