the delivery drivers left off the mattress off the load and could not come back until 8-0pm would not send out another driver any quicker

Adam the store manager asked me a few questions to see if i could get finance on the product. As he was asking me some questions he never made it clear than it would effect my credit score. Alot of questions ended up in confusing him which led to denial of my finance.

This bed was delivered very badly damaged, I have now got to keep this rubbish for a week till they can exchange it for a other bed.god only knows what we will get in exchange very very disappointed with dreams will not use this company again

When inspecting the finishing on the draws of a bed, exposed nails had been left in during the manufacturing process. This defect caused me to cut may hand. The wound was deep and bled profusely. The saving grace for your company, was the swift action of one of your staff (Noel) who showed me to a basin, where I was able to wash and clean the cut and then produced a first aid kit that enabled me to disinfect and plaster the wound. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which this employee handled the situation, So much so that I returned the next day with my wife and we purchased (Not the make I cut my hand on) a divan base. To conclude, i suggest that in future you inspect all display furniture as inflicting injury on your customers is not good for business.
