The agent forgot to remove the delivery charge from the purchase order -due to a weekend promotion-this was noticed before leaving the store so this was rectified by another purchase order arriving by email. However on the replacement order form they forgot to transpose the delivery date a cross - so it was left blank. My 84 yr old mother waited in all day for the delivery and no delivery arrived. I had arranged the bagging up of the bed mattress for her on a special journey - she was then told the next earliest delivery date was in 4 days time - which meant she no longer had a mattress to sleep on- the store said there was nothing they could do- pure incomptance - a special delivery should have been arranged. this is the worst case of service I have seen in years.

Bed delivered on 7th June, delivery men failed to assemble new bed or to take away the old bed. We went to the Dream Solihull store and was told it would be rectified asap, warehouse called on the 8th to say that she needed to double check a few things and would call back with a solution. Its now the 9th and we've still not heard from the warehouse and we haven't had the bed assembled or the old bed taken away. All in all, I am shocked, horrified and dismayed at the level of service. Last night was the worst night's sleep i've had in my entire 49 years, I'm very disappointed. Mr Mark Ponsonby

One of the staff very rude and was not helpful when I phoned back the next morning to alter delivery sounded as though he was not bothered about good service when I asked him it sounded as though he was not bother about the company I will never have a good word about the company with my friends and family and I will never return to dreams I'd rather go to BENSON

I spent £79.99 on a pillow to find it was not at all comfortable. When I took it back the following day I was told that they can't take it back for hygiene reason. I wish the person who sold us they pillow told us at the time as we also ordered a mattress from you aswell which we were told could be returned if not satisfied after 40 nights.
