Dreams - Solihull

We were helped by Liz at the Solihull branch and she was great! Made the process really easy and comfortable. I felt like she kept my needs in her best interest.

Quickly greeted by the employee and was on hand to advice throughout

Mark who helped us remembered me from the previous week when he explained and gave all the information on the bed we purchased. Very impressed with his knowledge he also made us feel welcome offering drinks etc

The salesperson-Lauren was exceptional

Sales staff was very helpful & friendly. I did not think I would be able to buy such a high quality mattress at a great price. I had been thinking of buying from John Lewis because I get money off vouchures via my employer but I did not need this when I saw the mattress on Dreams website.

The help and care given in store was amazing we are so impressed with the time and care we were given The sales rep was so attentive and she listened to our requests based on our health issues and gave us options ending with our purchase with which we are very pleased. The ladies name escapes me at this time but she was exceptional

Was left to make my own choice not pressured
