All staff were amazing.

My husband and I came into the Solihull store to purchase a bed as our son broke his on Christmas Day. The helpfulness of the store assistants was perfect, being left to browse and then immediately coming to help when asked. We had purchased the bed within 2.0 mins of being in the store. Speed of delivery was excellent too. We were very impressed. Many thanks!

I went to dreams in Shirley and was served by Natalie she was very friendly and listened to my needs and wants so she could provide me with the best bed and mattress possible. She also gave me time to think about my purchase before i went ahead with it. She provided me, my mom and daughter with a very good experience so i will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this store.
