Usually a good restaurant in the chain. Dessert choices have been reduced. Staff did not seem as cordial as in many previous visits! Even manager. did not seem to be in a good mood! Supply truck blocked in and out area. Waitress in our area seemed to be moody! Not one of our best visits!!

They have changed everything around and some of the things I liked best are not longer available, the fish batter was not cooked thoroughly, the meat loaf was hard where it had sat to long, the butter packs were dirty and melted, and the chocolate fountain chocolate tasted old and nasty. Was not a good experience at all. The service was mediocre at best.
