Food was cold and tasteless. Waiter was no where to be found. Horrible experience.

Not very pleased with the quality of the food. Food was taking too long to be replenished. My son wanted chicken tenders, but that evening we went, they weren't being served. He was the reason we went (celebrating his birthday) and he was disappointed. The restrooms were pretty gross. Stalls were out of toilet paper and soap dispenser was out of soap. That was definitely our last trip there. We will not be going back.

Food was awful, greasy bacon, under cooked waffles, my tea was removed from my table and not replaced. It was very hard to get help. Not a good customer experience.

This was not a pleasant experience because the food didn't taste good and they were over priced. I could have spent the same amount at a nicer restaurant. Will not visit there again.

No one came by our table. They refilled drinks all around us not once did they come to our table and ask if we needed a refill. I went and refilled my sons drink myself

Long lines with only 1 register open, food was horrible! Serving lines were not correct food listed wasn't what was in the line. Breakfast food looked old and I visited after 3pm. Had to wait over 5 minutes for certain foods such as mashed potatoes, etc. I sent a complaint into corporate because I was part of a party of 7 people.

Paid too dang much for a nasty meal!! The bathroom was a nasty nasty nasty mess!!

Food was over cook it was so bad I will never go back again plates were not clean at all
