The food that was suppose to be hot was cold, the bacon was VERY greasy and old tasting, salad dressing was watery, meatloaf tasted terrible, the guacamole was nasty tasting, the fish and shrimp were not in the place where the sign said they were so didn't find it until I was finished eating, and desert bar had very few things to choose from!

I was very disappointed with his place. It was gross, the people that worked there looked like they have been on drugs and didn't even shower. The cleanliness of early was not good. Just very disappointed. I did get some decent customer service but the overall atmosphere was not what I had expected, especially for paying so much.

the food isn't that good and there aren't very many options. They let workers work when they are sick

The food was extremely cold and we were not satisfied. The manager came and told us that he would look at the warmers but walked away. Then he came back to give us free buffets next time

Bad service. No one came to table after 35 minutes. Had to go to manager , who must be new as I've never seen him before, to get our drinks refilled.
