Overall the food was great & our waitress was great too!

They need to focus of the taste of there food rather than all the sweets

This Restaurant in Spartanburg, SC, was the worse today. The service was horrific and the attitude of the server, Miss Suelema, was down right nasty and uncalled for. Won't be patronizing this restaurant no time soon.

The person doing the salad bar was not very clean. I watched her take croutons that people wasted and put back in the bin. Swept the floor then went back to the salad bar to stock up and never changed her gloves.

The waitress took our drink order initially but immediately forgot and we had to alert her there were not enough drinks. The food was subpar and I found a plastic circle in the bourbon street chicken which looked old. None of our parties steaks were cooked properly ranging closer to almost alive than mediums. The new all day breakfast is a good idea but not portrayed correctly. We all left feeling a little sick. The blood from my medium steak was horrifying.
