The guy at grill should know how to cook meat to correct temp. I don't like my steak to be cut on the grill to show my the inside. I asked for med rare because all they cook is well done. I usually order medium and was hoping for a bit of pink. Never got it. They should be taught the touch method to determine not slicing my steak in half to show me and if I don't want it put it back for the next customer. Who is left with a dry over cooked price of meat because all the juice was released. I go specifically for the steak and am disappointed when this happens.
