This place is nasty. Good choices but tastes bad

The steak person waited passed 4:00 pm to start cooking the steaks, when they were done he said 3 more minutes for a medium steak, when we went back and asked for a medium again, what he gave us was well done. They are fooling around making themselves look busy and they are not doing their job. I took the last sweet potato fries, 15 minutes later they hadn't refilled it. Plus the eggs were old, you could tell by the color, I still took some, I got a stomach ache. This is a new restaurant, there is NO reason for this type of service. The worst thing is that this is not a first time occurrence. We even spoke to the manager about a situation with an employee, near time we were there he was a manager. Really?!?!?! He is not professional or courteous to the customers. Very disappointed.
