staff was very polite but service was a little slow

They had just opened and we actually waited outside for 30 minutes. I would have thought that ANY item that as ordered would have been hot and fresh. Not one item that I had was neither tasty or fresh.

My food was shuffled around in different containers and finally one of my containers was dropped on the floor by the cashier
