Luby's

The food could of been a bit better but other than the meat being a little on the dry side everything else was fine

this is my favorite location to visit. the staff is very friendly and helpful and courteous.

food was good but y'all need to be more careful my daughter found a hair in her food

Food was cold and nasty snd service was horrible

I went to the Luby's at 13451 Northwest Freeway. The food was lukewarm and they had run out of the healthy vegetables. I ordered fried okra and it was very salty and greasy. And to make matters worse, the okra was cold. I will not be going back!!

I arrived @ 5:30 & chose the full size almond fish. It was as hard as a piece of wood. When I tried to get a fresh fish everyone ignored me. They were not busy. Cashier was not @ register. A man, who looked like a mgr walked out of kitchen, saw me & went back in kitchen. So I walked to meat area of service line until I got a fresh fish. It was good, but not 1 person came to apologize, ask how the 2nd fish was, nothing!

Unhappy with the advertisement statements that were not upheld (free kids)

Broken drive thru window created a longer than usual wait time for food that was not cooked very good at all. Sad day at Lubys
