food cold, cashier was talking to a work from back not work related. while doing our ticket. and hadn't been there in awhile so she said you have to pay her.

Called in a to go order and they took over an hour. People who ordered at the counter got their food before me. Worst service ever. To top it off, my order was wrong when I finally got home.
