Food was ok, but not very warm

To go staff member was very very rude

Food was not very good

I was really wanting something healthy. I was nearby so I thought about the baked fish almandine. So that's what I ordered. The waitress came and introduced herself and took away my tray. And I never saw her again. And I would've liked a refill on my drink. I wanted to just tip the busboy instead of her, because it seemed he would do more for me than she did. I just didn't know how to do that. It wasn't until I took my first bite of fish and I realize the piece I've been given was mostly breadcrumbs on top. And also it tasted like it had been on the steamer table for way too long. I couldn't even finish all of it. The bread never tastes good there, and today was no exception. And, although it wasn't particularly healthy, I really want to do strawberry shortcake to once I saw it. Now the strawberry shortcake is been my favorite at Luby's for almost 40 years. Wait. Has it really been that long??? maybe I'm confusing movies with another similar restaurant, because that's a long time. But anyway, I had this exact meal last month, and everything was good. Today the shortcake just seemed stale. Other than the few strawberries, there was absolutely nothing redeeming about this meal, including the price tag. I'll remember this next time I think about going to Luby's. And I won't go.

This particular Lubys was not very good. The server must have misheard me ( how I don't know) because she made me a child's plate instead of a Luann platter. The portions were small of course. Then the waitress came to our table to get our trays - she brought us some condiments that we asked for and never came back to the table again to ask if we needed drink refills. The food was good but the services was less than desirable.

Seating is very dirty. Their booths look like they haven't been wiped in a year. Their filthy dirty with crumbs in between. As I walked by I checked other booths. One of the ladies that was serving was rude. And I think I was over charged.

Food was terrible & when made waitress aware she did nothing. Had to find someone else to help & then the management never came to our table and I had to back and request my card back
