Take out wait was long but the server was very quick once she took our order

Had ordered a premium chicken salad, but server told me there wasn't any chicken so she couldn't serve it to me. Asked for a substitution and she flat out told me no that it couldn't be done. Asked her if she could ask someone else if I could substitute it, again she said no. I asked her again, and this time she asked someone else and they let me substitute it for chicken strips.

The macaroni did not have a taste . Several dirty tables.
