The staff members were rude, acted irritated by our questions about the food, and even rolled their eyes. This was the second time we had this experience at this location so I won't be back to this Luby's.(Temple, Tx)

Certain food items not available. Husbands chopped steak very dry and flavorless. Mashed potatoes had unusual lumps that were not potatoes. Not happy with the food. Had to wait for refills on drink with very low business.

For starters the portions were so little we ordered the luan and she cut a half piece in half. Secondly, the lady checking everyone out was joking around with the employees and the line was getting so long. When the customer said, " Mam can you please just check me out?" She got a attitude and rollers her eyes. The food wasn't good it was just awful. I used to love Lubys. I'll never go back to the temple location again. What a waste of money

Terrible experience. Had to wait 10 minutes for chicken. Cashier was rude. Charged me $16, including dessert that I didn't order. Took food to table, was there for 15 minutes and waitress never came by. Had to go behind counter and get my own take out container. Called manager and he claimed that the restaurant was slammed and that waitresses were too busy. I said sir, I'm still in the parking lot. There are 3 other tables there. Started stuttering then wanted to send me gift cards. I said how about you just teach your staff how to do their job.
