Same items as usual

The manager at this location is very nice. She always remembers us and greats us. Normally the service is great. Tonight our server never cleared our plates though. We always had to put them aside on a near by table. Also, many things were missing at the buffet. They were out of many of the normal salad bar items. Overall the experience was decent.

Oh gosh it was my sisters body so we wanted to go there and the kids . We paid 3drinks and 3 water for the kids the waiter pulled the cup in the table and very rudely told us to pay in the front for the soda which is its a water and she's keep telling us that it's not its Sprite . My birthday got ruin with a very rule customer service and she keep dying I'm only doing my job . I am absolutely found it rule and she offended me with my visitors who are form London ????never coming back (Burbank Ca )
