Wish it was not so pricey

Should have more variety of food and food that is not stale

food was kinda dry

Lots of different foods

We used to love this restaurant, it was a family tradition to go every Thursday, my kids used to love it and had fun going, but lately the quality and variety of the food has decline seriously hard to the point of going once a month and with the hope that every time we go back the great atmosphere and good food returns!

I dined during lunch hour. Service waz HORRIBLE to say the least. I serve myself salad for my 1st plate. the Sweet Peas had 25 peas left. I told the general manager to refill the peas. I only asked her because she was the only person nearby me at the time. I waited for 10 minutes. Then i had a cup of French Vanilla Cappuccino. Yum. I got another cup. I drank it & it tasted diluted. at 1st I thought I waz loosing my taste?? but having worked for 7-11 for 3 years, I figured the powder was low or empty? I opened the machine & it was very low. I told my server, "Flow" of the machine and she mentioned that she will tell her manager. 15 minutes later, d same man who refilled the Sweet Peas also refilled the powder. It's awful & embarrassing that staff/manager do not keep track of their dishes on their own. My server was semi attentive to my needs I.e. picking up my plates, cups etc. I was so let down and frustrated with my visit that I forgot to leave behind a tip. furthermore I left behind my sales receipt that also had a survey invitation.

National city hometown Buffett... Poor cleanliness, poor food choices, too little staff that couldn't handle holing of guests. Bathroom was disgusting, the overall restaurant was not exactly clean and organized, the food was not enough for everyone and they took for ever to prepare and serve more food, besides food was not entirely cooked or overlooked. It was a real bad experience to my and my family.

No use plates were ever pick from our table. The wages/hostess was playing around laughing around with the cashier. Our receipt was never signed from our waitress. Definitely disappointed with his visit.
