This restaurant has gone down in the past few years. I really try to put positive reviews, but honestly I have nothing good to say about my experience today. As I was eating my lunch, a roach crawled on my napkin beside my plate. I can take a lot of things but REALLY??? Get an exterminator!! The manager said it may have come in on a food truck? We were nowhere near the kitchen. I believe it was already there along with more. Totally Disgusted.

I am furious after this experience. I don't have much money, so being able to take my wife out to eat is a special occasion. It had been a long time since we had been to Ryan's and had good experiences there in the past, so we chose to go. HUGE Mistake!!!! First, it was $30 for the two of us to eat warmed up Stouffer's entrees! The problem was, they were all dried out from sitting on the bar all day. My fried chicken was raw. The ice cream bar had a huge puddle of melted icecream in the floor, so the machine itself was inaccessible. There were also a dozen or so cones lying in the floor. Gummy worms were strewn all over the toppings. The first plate I took from the hot bar had dried leftover food on it. My pumpkin pie had a piece of an eggshell in it. We left after 10 minutes, went home, and had peanut butter sandwiches for our date night. I was going to complain to the manager but found her outside in a methamphetamine trance.
