It was dirty and food didn't taste very good

Terrible experience! There were very few food choices available and one entire section was empty. The food that was available was disappointing; poorly seasoned, cold, and flavorless. My mom had fried fish that was so cold that it was stiff and hard to chew. Many of the items advertised for their Friday seafood night were unavailable. All they had was fried southern fish and butterfly shrimp. I had to wait 10 minutes for a steak and we did not receive fresh rolls until the end of our meal, as we were eating dessert. The server was slow bringing items that we asked for such as hot sauce. My family does not plan to visit Ryan's again. It was a horrible experience and a total waste of money!
