We went on a Sunday . The food was well over priced for the quality and selection. The food looked and tasted like it was not fresh. We liked the new look of Ryan's but they need to work a lot harder on their food and prices the customer service wasn't bad ,but does need improvement!

we had a Ryans at Beaumont TX since we don't have it anymore I travel to lake Charles and I was not satisfy at all how sad, the cashier was rude I ask If my husband had to have he's military card or can he get discount it with out it well he was very rude and say no.
