Food was nasty, the place needed cleaned, staff was not very friendly, did not get refills on drinks, not a lot of food options.

On this visit to Ryan's I wasn't very impressed or happy. The buffet bar had very little to choose from and on several occasions the pans went empty and we had to wait for food to be brought out.. I was confused by this since it wasn't even that busy.. Also, we had to keep our coats on which was VERY uncomfortable!! The heat wasn't working on one side of the building and that's where we sat.. I think they should have told us this before we paid for our food and sat to eat! We froze the whole time there.. Not a very pleasant experience at all

this was the worst experience ever. The food was absolutely awful! Our waitress forgot to come back after we asked for refills. I paid $42 for three people and left extremely dissatisfied and then we all ended up sick later on. Never going back!!!

the only reason I got roped into going here was because of a senior. I tried to call in advance to reserve a table for handicapped children but the phone was ringing for over 15 minutes! when someone finally answered the phone, they picked up the line and hung up! I told the manager and she didn't seem to care. We were placed all the way in the back, which was hard to navigate with 4 huge power wheelchairs. This was the Seymour Indiana location on June 6, 2015 at lunch and I won't be going back.
