Ryan's

First time going. Wasn't very impressed.... Our server was sweet but the food was dry and not so good. Probably won't be going back for awhile.

it seems like the overall thing of Ryans is that it is pricy and not as good as use to be. it is just alright

Food was not good. Server only brought 2 rolls for 4 people.

The food was fine. I have visited Ryan's many times in the past but it has been quite some time. The prices for Sunday dinner is outrageous. I believe that they take advantage of the after church crowd by increasing the prices on that day. People are more inclined to eat there on Sunday in larger numbers. Not to mention the prices are miss priced on the price board. I got a coupon in the mail that was alsoim leading. The coupon applied to all days but Sunday. I was not happy once arrived but I will not get caught there again on a Sunday. And it's not just me the 19 year old cashier that rang me up made the comment that she was glad she was going to be off the following Sunday because it seemed no one wanted to cook in Sunday. Well I think that was inappropriate for her to say to a paying customer on Sunday. Wow!

Waited over 20 minutes for a water refill and my steak and bread order was never put it. It took 40 minutes for me to get a steak. My server went on break and nobody checked on me once. Food was okay in taste. Much of the dessert bar was empty. Managers were very friendly and took care of my situation with not being waited in.
