Sizzler

The quality of the food has down graded so much. The food I craved to eat is not the same as it was before. The mushrooms were just warmed up and put on my steak. They were not sautéed and were barely even hot. This was not a signature steak anymore. I would have rather eaten at Chuck o Rama for the price I paid.

Terribly slow service during lunch. Salad bar items not fresh. Waitstaff unresponsive

the waitress ignored our requests. the food was not how we asked for it. we were ignored for most of the time. I never got a refill on my drink. I was expecting a little more and was dissatisfied with my experience.
