HAD ORDERED ENTREES WITH THE SALAD BAR...HAD TWO YOUNG CHILDREN TO HELP GET THEIR FOOD AND BY THE TIME WE GOT THEM SITUATED & BEFORE WE COULD GET OUR SALADS...OUR ENTREES ARRIVED

We had five dollar bonus and the machine will not take them. My husband was on a lunch break and it took 20 minutes for them to figure it out they took two of the five dollar bonus cards and my purchase was only $8.42 I didn't get offered anything for the $1.58 that was left on the card!
